Please download, complete, and print the Emergency Contact Form and Haz-Chem Packet. Print the forms and give them to the inspectors when they arrive, or return by one of the following options:

Uniformed BAFA Fire Inspectors will arrive on weekdays between 8 am and 4 pm. If you prefer to schedule, please contact us at 810-229-6640, or send date/time preferences by email to ireport@brightonareafire.com.

SELF-INSPECTION
*Please check your postcard to determine IF you are eligible*
All BAFA businesses have been evaluated for hazard/risk classification based on NFPA 1730. Based on this evaluation, NOT all businesses qualify for the self-inspection program.
Download and complete the inspection and use the Submit Form button to return it to us. Completed inspections shall be returned within 60-days of postmark.
Additionally, complete the chemical survey, and emergency contact forms and return them to ireport@brightonareafire.com
